Precautions For Sightseeing Vehicles Charging

Points to note when charging sightseeing vehicles:

  1. Be sure to unplug the key before charging to turn off the power of the electric vehicle.

  2. Open all battery caps when charging, keep the room ventilated, and open flames are strictly prohibited! To prevent an explosion! (Hydrogen gas is generated during charging).

  3. Check the liquid level in the battery before charging each time, and it should be kept 5~10 mm above the grid of the plate.

  4. When the liquid level of the battery is insufficient, special distilled water for the battery should be added (it is recommended to choose distilled water in large plastic barrels of more than 20 liters that meet the national standard. If you add tap water or small bottles to fill
Unqualified liquids such as filling liquid will cause battery damage!).

  5. When adding water, use non-metallic containers such as Qianjing plastic cups or porcelain cups. Strictly prevent impurities from entering the battery. If any impurities fall into the battery, do not use metal materials such as iron wire and copper wire to remove them.
Fishing, use a clean wooden stick to clamp out the impurities.

  6. It should be fully charged every time, avoid stopping charging halfway (occasionally stopping charging halfway has little effect on the battery).

  7. The battery car must be charged on the same day after each use (more than 15 kilometers).

  8. Do not store with a power loss. It must be fully charged before it is not in use, and it must be charged every 15 to 20 days during the storage period.

Precautions for using sightseeing cars on rainy days:

1. When driving in the rain, try to avoid driving to places with serious water accumulation, because electric vehicles have many chassis parts, and too much water will cause poor contact of the lines. If you pass through, try to choose some roads with relatively shallow water accumulation Do not exceed half of the wheel, because it is very likely to cause a series of problems such as the horn not sounding, the brakes failing, and the controller not working properly.

  2. After the electric car is exposed to rain, do not plug in the power supply to charge immediately. This will cause a short circuit, and the circuit plate will also corrode when the charger is exposed to rain. You should put the electric car in the parking lot and dry it in a ventilated place. Before charging, the First check whether there is water in the battery and the connection port, wipe it clean or wait for it to dry before charging to avoid leakage.

  3. If water enters the controller, put the electric car in an underground parking garage or a ventilated place to dry. If water enters the controller and causes a short circuit of the power supply, arrange for maintenance personnel to repair it before it can be used normally.

  4. The road is slippery and does not brake suddenly. During driving, the speed of the vehicle should not be too fast. When braking, the action should be gentle, and the road conditions should be judged as early as possible. When parking electric vehicles on rainy days, cover them with a plastic cloth to protect the electric vehicle controller from being wet by rain.
